A wonderful dining experience. The food is flavoursome, the service is wonderful and the delay between order and receivership is almost non existent. I recommend the eggplant and crispy pork. The three flavor fish is also exceptional. And, they make a mean margarita. Will return.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch, being new to this venue we had to take a while to look at the extensive menu, and ask several questions. We ordered the Lunch Set combo, and the Grilled Chicken Lunch Special combo. We also ordered Corn Tods, for dessert we ordered Pandan Toast, and Mango Icecream with sticky rice. Staff were very friendly and attentive, service was quick, and all the items we ordered were delicious.

My first time visiting Kinn Niyin and it was very enjoyable. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. There is so much to tasty food to choose from so it's best to try multiple small plates or share the mains to explore each flavour. Definitely worth a try if you love Thai food.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and it never fails to amaze me; the food is consistently spectacular, capturing the authentic essence of Thai cuisine with every bite. It is easily the best Thai food in town, featuring perfectly balanced spices and the freshest ingredients. I had an amazing dining experience here! The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. From the juicy grilled chicken with its tangy dipping sauce to the classic pad thai packed with prawns, everything was spot on. The desserts were just as impressive, especially the tiramisu with chocolate ice cream and the strawberry toast topped with ice cream and caramel drizzle. The staff were really friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxed vibe. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere with stylish decor and a lively yet comfortable setting perfect for both groups and casual dining. Highly recommend this spot if you’re after tasty food, warm service, and a good vibe all around!
