Kruanulla Thai Restaurant is a real gem in Cronulla. The food is fresh, authentic, and packed with flavour, with a great balance of spices and beautifully presented dishes. The menu offers plenty of choice, from classic Thai favourites to more refined options, all cooked to a high standard. Service is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Whether dining in or celebrating a special occasion, Kuranulla Thai Restaurant delivers consistently great food and service. Highly recommended for Thai food lovers.
Really disappointed with my experience. The meat in my meal was mostly fat and bone, with barely any actual meat. It was poor quality and definitely not what I’d expect. What made it even worse was the way the owners handled it. I politely raised my concerns and they were rude, dismissive and not accommodating at all. A simple apology or willingness to make it right would have gone a long way, but instead I was made to feel like my complaint didn’t matter. I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants that serve better food and actually care about their customers.
Loved the food Both the noodles and laksa were amazing, authentic, flavorful, and full of character. The dishes offered a completely different and exciting taste compared to the Thai food I’ve had before. A truly refreshing and delicious experience!
We placed our order at 1:15PM and didn’t receive our food until 2:45PM — a shocking 1 hour and 30 minutes wait for a restaurant that only had three tables occupied. There is absolutely no excuse for such an unreasonable delay. The experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Basic service standards were clearly not met, and it completely ruined what should have been a simple dining experience. I will never be returning. If giving zero stars were an option, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose it
The service was incredibly slow, despite the restaurant being empty aside from one other table. The food was edible, but lacked distinct Thai flavour. The cutlery and plates were dirty. Good location. Also note that each serving of the starter items was only 2 pieces, so the pictured chicken satay was 2 servings.
