Nawa Thai at Mason & Main is a fantastic addition to the Eat Street precinct in Merrylands. I’m really glad to see it open in such a convenient and growing local dining hub. The food is authentic, flavourful, and thoughtfully prepared, with a clear focus on traditional Thai cooking alongside some more innovative dishes. There’s a good variety on the menu to suit different preferences, not just the basics. The team is well-coordinated and welcoming, and it’s great to see a restaurant where the service reflects genuine pride in the food and culture being shared. A strong local Thai option that I’d happily return to again.
I remember their old location on the other side of Merrylands and this new location is a big improvement. Nice seating areas, clean environment, and the staff are attentive when taking your order. Service is quick and the food comes out fast, fresh, and tasty every time. My favourite is the Pad Thai, it’s always delicious, well made, and the portions are great. Please don’t change that! 😊
Had lunch with family and we tried their vegetable fried rice, barramundi fish and a coconut base chicken soup. All dishes are crave worthy and worth the try! Glad to have a Thai resto near our place. Will try other dishes on our next visit.
Flavourful and well maintained Thai restaurant. Laksa with beef and chicken were the best. Quantity was good. Even the Tom yum fried was good. Will recommend to come with family and friends. Plenty of parking underground with 3 hrs free parking. And lots of dessert option surroundings. Will highly recommend this place. And it’s 100% halal. Must try.
Very Substandard. Won’t be back. Items on the Mixed entree can be ordered separately but not as a mixed entree. Very confused as apparently kitchen has no more? But you can order everything separately?? Ordered brown steamed rice and came out white, to then be told they don’t do brown? Then beef was rubbery with no flavour and food quality was poor and disgusting. Salad was just lettuce, not what it showed in the menu. And I don’t know what that sauce is. Looked like mouldy dirty water? Service was shit also. Do yourself a favour and go to Thainabox.
