I had an extremely disappointing and honestly concerning experience at this Thai bites Kogarah restaurant. The food quality was already poor, but what made things worse was the customer service. When my dish arrived, it included zucchini, which I clearly told the server I’m allergic to upon arrival. As there was no ingredient mention on the menu Instead of taking it seriously, she casually asked if I could just pick it out and eat the rest. I repeated that it was an allergy, not a preference. She then took the plate, turned her back, and after a short time brought it back out and placed it on the table without saying much. Looking at it, I had a strong suspicion the dish hadn’t actually been remade—just tampered with. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and started eating, but halfway through my meal I began feeling itchy, which confirmed my concerns. I had to stop eating and left most of the food untouched. This kind of negligence around food allergies is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. What made the contrast even clearer was that I had a nearly identical meal across the street at Dek Doy, where the food was excellent and the customer service was attentive and professional. I would not recommend this restaurant at all—especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

I’m really disappointed with the Pad Thai I ordered today. I’ve had Pad Thai many times before, and it should have a balanced sweet, sour, and savoury flavour—but this one tasted overwhelmingly like tomato ketchup. That was honestly the only flavour coming through. I was very hungry and couldn’t even finish it. I had high expectations based on other Thai places nearby, but this was far from authentic. Really let down. Writing this review in my hunger too as i have to throw that cetchup away.

Located in Kogarah Town Centre, 11/1 Railway Parade, Kogarah, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 Very convenient to Kogarah Railway Station. I have been here a few times now when going to doctors appointments at the hospital nearby. I have found the food to be lovely at a ver affordable price. The staff are courteous but not overly friendly and welcoming. Don’t smile 😊 when serving. A very small place with about 4-5 tables only so more designed to serve takeaway orders. I like this place for the convenience and nice food. Thumbs Up!!! 👍👍👍

Loved the green curry chicken & rice. The squid had great flavours but wished it was a bit more crispy but was probably because it was delivered & the steam made it slightly soggy. Apart from that would definitely order from here again

I ordered pad thai , it was the most disgusting meal ever I order ,no flavour, no taste whatsoever, I really don’t know how this place still operate.
