This is my favourite place to get a HSP in all of Sydney. Their chips are always super crunchy and they give you lots of fresh meat and sauce. I tell all my friends if they ever want the best Snack pack they have to come here. Thank you!
I’ve been here a few times, and unfortunately, the experience has been underwhelming. The food is often overly salty, the customer service could be improved, and the prices don’t quite match the quality provided. I was also concerned about hygiene practices, as staff were seen wearing one glove while alternating between handling the EFTPOS machine and food.
Wished I had read the reviews before coming here as I pretty much experienced what everyone else did. The service should’ve been the first reason to stop me as the white haired old man seemed quite rude and wasn’t even properly listening to what I wanted. Grabbed a pide when I asked for the gozleme and I even pointed to it. The gozleme tasted so bland and need seasoning. Reminded me of eating play dough even with the texture. The halal snack pack was a bit better but it makes you wonder why my meat didn’t come from the actual spinning meat thing but it was grabbed out from a heated container .. Wack food and weak service
This type of gozleme is not like the fresh ones I use to eat. They are already prepared and they just warm them up into the sandwich press. So the consistency is different compared to a normal gozleme. The dough is thicker, it reminds me more a “focaccia” style. The staff is nice.
One of the best Turkish kebabs I’ve been to. We’ve been coming here for years. They fill up the kebab with salad and sauce. Absolutely delicious. Today I had a bit of undercooked red meat. They listen to my feedback and we’re happy to cook it further or replace it. Due to my current condition I can’t have undercooked meat and so it was refreshing to see that they welcomed feedback and were very courteous and polite in response. I will continue to come here and recommend this place to all my friends.
