Unfortunately my experience here didn’t live up to what a good kebab shop should be. The kebab itself was lacking — the flavours felt flat and it was clear not much care had gone into the preparation. The service was also quite cold and unwelcoming, which made the whole visit feel pretty uncomfortable. I’d genuinely love to come back and have a better experience — a great kebab is one of life’s simple pleasures. But for that to happen, I think the team needs to put a bit more heart into both the food and how they treat customers. A smile and some seasoning go a long way.
Maybe its inconsistent (hamster mixed reviews), but for me I rate it as a good standard kebab, not the most amazing in the world, but not bad either
Ordered two kebabs and was pretty disappointed. The meat was already sitting in a heating tray, so we didn't get any fresh meat from the rotisserie. The guy serving us looked miserable the whole time and didn't seem interested in being there. For a prime spot in Coogee, the food and service were well below what you'd expect. Honestly, someone could open a kebab shop nearby, serve fresh meat with a smile, and this place would have some serious competition.
BEST FALAFEL KEBEB Ive Ever had ( outside the turykey 🇹🇷!) So delicious and fresh. HIGHLY RECOMMEND There's beautiful fresh dips and Xtra specialty hummus +$2. Totally worth it.
One of the best kebabs in Sydney. Genuinely don’t understand the negative reviews. I normally go for a lamb kebab with tabbouleh and cabbage instead of lettuce. It slaps. Staff and owner are nice, very alert and friendly. Only weird place about it is the adjacent room which is always completely empty with the lights turned off. Good potential there
