Went to try out this place for our anniversary dinner. It was a Monday night so it was pretty empty. Can't really judge the service. Atmosphere and vibes were nothing special. Food was pretty good. Again nothing special though. We got the mixed kebab plate and mixed char grill with a side of chips. I had the kebab plate while my wife had the grill plate. I would have liked more sauce on my plate. And the beef didn't taste that good. The chicken and lamb was nice though. The grill plate was also decent. The adana kebab was not as juicy as we have had at other turkish restaurants and the lamb was a little dry. Chicken was good. The pickled vegetables in the salad were very nice. Overall was a decent experience. But there are better turkish options out there.
Nice and simple kebab shop! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The meat was well cooked and the sauces added great flavor. Prices are reasonable and the staff were friendly. Good spot for a quick and satisfying meal 👍
Came in for lunch and got the beef kebab and mixed kebab combos and the beef, onion and cheese gozleme. The kebabs both tasted great, nice fresh meat and not stingy with sauce with just the right amount of filling. The gozleme was perfectly crispy and very flavourful. Did not leave you with a heavy gross feeling afterwards. Chips were crunchy and perfectly seasoned. Customer service was top notch and amazing! very friendly and attentive. All menu items were all very affordable and decently priced. Will definitely be back to try the skewers next.
We tried the gözleme breakfast and appreciated the presentation. The gözleme felt more like puff pastry, and the pita bread served was sliced Afghan bread and not very fresh. The breakfast was simple, but I enjoyed the scrambled eggs. The tea arrived before the food and was cold by the time it was served. The staff were very friendly and lovely. Adding jam, honey, or ballı kaymak would nicely enhance the breakfast.
The dining area was clean, with neatly arranged tables. The staff were helpful, taking the time to explain some of the traditional dishes to us. We irdered the: - large mixed kebab plate, which came with an equal ratio of beef and chicken. Both meats were well-seasoned and cooked just right, accompanied by a fresh salad, fluffy rice, and creamy hummus that tied everything together beautifully. It was a generous and satisfying dish. - medium chicken snack pack. While the chips were nicely crunchy, the chicken was unfortunately a bit mushy, which took away from the overall texture of the meal. - traditional Turkish manti dish for the first time. These tiny dumplings resembled mini ravioli, served with a light yogurt and butter sauce. The flavour was very subtle, perhaps milder than expected. Unfortunately, nothing too memorable.
