The food was very enjoyable overall. The pho in the stone pot was a highlight which kept the soup and noodles hot throughout the meal, and the beef broth was clear, rich, and flavourful. Love their sate that the give on the side and adding that and the pickled garlic to the soup added even more flavour to the soup. The bún riêu (crab noodle soup) also stood out with a strong crab flavour in the soup, which I really appreciated. That said, the customer service was a bit lacking and could be more attentive, which took away slightly from the experience. Still, the quality of the food made up for it, and it was overall a good meal.
Coming from someone who lived in Bankstown for 20 years, Cabramatta for almost 10 and travel annually to Vietnam. This Pho is legit. Best place in town by far. Super clean restaurant, quick service, deep broth. No sriracha but they have sawtooth coriander which you cannot find anyone who serves it. The sides are super fresh and the bowl stays hot. Highly recommend trying this place out. IMO: A damn near spiritual experience.
We had lunch at this popular place on recent weekend visit. We shared a stone bowl wagyu pho noodle soup with extra bowl of meat-balls and beef tendon for topping. We also had the fried dough stick banh quay to accompany the noodle soup. We like the noodle soup taste and its stone bowl use that keeps the soup hot longer in winter season. The portion size is normal though prices on the menu are a bit higher compared to other offerings in the area. We also like the home-made condiments to complement the dishes like the pickled garlic and satay sauce. The ambience is good with nice space and you can have good chat with friends during your meal. Customer services are reasonable for suburban restaurant. You can pay with credit cards but will pay steep payment surcharge of 2%, so I decided to pay with cash.
Husband and I stubbled upon this pho place and WOW! BEST pho we have ever eaten (we have had a lot) The Wagyu pho was seriously to die for… broth on it own was phenomenal (I usually like to add condiments etc but this pho seriously didn’t need a thing) Highly recommend
The lines outside this place should be all you need to know about how good it is. Fresh noodles and meat cooked right in front of you. Definitely need to get the fried dough sticks too.
