We got the banh khot and banh cuon - both of which were so yummy and tasted really authentic. The banh khot with shrimp was so crispy, yet light and paired really well with the nuoc mam. They make everything in house and is definitely worth a try.

3.5/5 We ordered a bowl of pork offal congee and some crispy fried shrimp, and both were quite tasty. The pork offal in the congee was plentiful, along with youtiao, good for the congee. Offals were handled cleanly, without any unpleasant smell. The overall flavor of the congee was great, and the addition of bean sprouts gave it a nice crunch. However, the bean sprouts didn’t seem very clean. As for the shrimp, they were crispy and decent, but some of the fried coating was a bit too hard. The accompanying dipping sauce was tangy and appetizing. The perilla leaves were delicious, but the vegetables served on the side felt like they weren’t very clean or thoroughly washed. The restaurant’s environment was relatively bright and spacious, but the flies buzzing around were annoying. It would be great if the owner could install an electric insect zapper or something similar. The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.

The signature dish (special steamed rice rolls) is great, highly recommended. Bánh khọt is quite good if you like deep fried food. The last one (steamed rice cake fried w eggs) is so so, hard to finish.

Tried 3 dishes. 2 were great, 1 was horrible. Avoid the deep fried dish that looks like shallow saucers. It had no taste itself, then covered by oil. Meaning you taste nothing but oil slick. The other two were good and tasted authentic, even the thicker deep friend one (refer to posted photos). Worth visiting just avoid the wrong dish.
