Really great banh mi. I never saw nem chua option before at any other store so I tried it here and it was so good. Size of banh mi was decent and heaps of fillings. At $8 a roll you won't get a more affordable lunch in Sydney. No seating available. It's a takeaway place only.
Roast pork roll — $9.50. The bun was slightly crispy from toasting. The roast pork and veggies were really fresh, crunchy and juicy. Pretty tasty!
I’ve been coming here for years, long before it became so popular, and I’ve always really enjoyed it. I usually get the salad roll because I’m not sure whether the meats are halal, and one thing I really appreciate is how considerate the staff are. They will automatically wash and clean the tongs before making my roll, without me even having to ask. Even when my husband orders, he can ask and they are always happy to do it. The rolls are always fresh, generously filled and clearly labelled. They also listen to any requests, whether you want extra sauce, chilli or anything else. The main lady is especially lovely, friendly and accommodating, and she never makes you feel awkward or like you are being difficult. It is a simple little place, but the freshness, generous portions and thoughtful service are what have kept me coming back for so many years.
Motorcycle parking behind the station. $9.50 Pork crackling what a deal, this place is as real as it gets. Set in a little Vietnamese Village, it all looks fresh, friendly service felt welcoming.
One of the best Vietnamese banh mi (bread rolls) in Sydney. Usually packed early in the morning and at the weekend. Delicious freshly made banh mi at reasonable prices. Even has a good review on Good Food Guide. Friendly staff.
