Very good Vietnamese food in Macquarie Centre, NSW. District 1 Chicken Pho is unique- the chicken is provided separately, not in the noodle soup. And this chicken is great - crispy outside, tender and moist inside 🤩. Their seafood fried rice is very delicious too - comes with 3 juicy prawns, some fresh calamari and salted fish 😋. Service is good & friendly. Note: For the Pho, you need to request for the bean sprouts and herbs, otherwise it’s not given.
I visited a Vietnamese restaurant in District 1, HCMC, and had mixed feelings about the experience. The beef pho didn’t meet my expectations — the broth lacked richness and tasted a bit watery. While the portion of sliced beef was generous, the soup is really the heart of pho, and it just didn’t deliver. On the brighter side, the crispy chicken on rice was enjoyable, with good texture and flavour. Overall, a decent meal, but I was hoping for a better pho.
The best delicious rare beef pho & combination beef pho in Sydney at Macquarie Shopping Centre. It is located on top floor at the Event Cinema level, next to the high quality yummy Bondi Pizza restaurant. Everything is great, the soup is tasty & temperature hot as well.
Every dish we ordered was freshly made and well balanced. I especially loved all the fresh vegetables served with the dishes — everything felt so light and clean. The crispy pancake was absolutely our favorite!

The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, with beautiful lighting and modern décor that makes it perfect for any occasion from a casual lunch catch-up to an elegant dinner. The food is consistently fresh, full of flavour, and presented beautifully. You can taste the quality in every bite! There’s an impressive variety on the menu, offering something for everyone from healthy and light dishes to hearty, indulgent meals. The service is exceptional attentive, friendly, and professional and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality you get. Overall, this restaurant has it all: excellent food, amazing service, great value, and the best vibes in Macquarie Centre. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner you’ll definitely want to come back!
