We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Great Aunty Three at Pyrmont. Every single aspect of our visit was flawless. The food was delicious and packed with flavour, the service was attentive and welcoming and the atmosphere provided the perfect vibe for a great meal. I’d eat here every day if I could. Their new Pyrmont location has fantastic seating and a homey feeling. The most succulent and delicious Bahn Mi’s that could physically be possible. Don’t bother with the Bahn mi’s made by celebrity chefs - this one is honed to perfection and surpasses any overpriced, media-hyped celebrity pork bun. Owned by such kind and friendly people. ❤️
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s by far the best Viet food! It’s a family run business, they always know my name and they are so incredibly nice! Enmore wouldn’t be the same without great aunty 3 and if you’re looking for a perfect lunch get a pho on a cold winters day or a vermicelli in summer! Also an incredible spot if your vego/vegan!
Best Banh Mi I’ve ever had! The roast pork was delicious, so tender and juicy, with crackling as well. Put together and presented perfectly. Friendly staff. Only regret is I didn’t buy two of them!
On my first visit to Great Aunty Three, I was immediately met with a quaint old-town Vietnam decor and incredibly friendly and courteous staff. A laughing Buddha ornament and fresh floral displays made for a charming and pleasant corner restaurant. The tofu noodle salad was filling and fresh on a hot day! Would definitely recommend for a quick bite, a gem of Newtown.
