Honestly not one bad thing. Food portions are amazing, taste incredible. The service was so good, even though it was busy the lady took time into explaining the menu to us and helping us order. Came out very quickly even though it was very packed. Cute, homey atmosphere. Recommend!!!
This is one of our family's go to Asian restaurants, finally tried the kwetiau siram and was good, not like how they use to make it sum 20+ years ago but compared to other places I've tried this one tops it so far. I got the beef one, the only thing I noticed was they didnt seem to velvet the slices of beef at all so biting into it, it was really tough, dry and chewy which was disappointing, so maybe I'll try the chicken one next time and hope they velvet the chicken properly.
So glad I discovered this Chinese Vietnamese restaurant! I had the vermicelli with beef and deep fried wontons. They’re all so tasty and delicious. The vegetables were so fresh and crunchy. The serving was really big for it’s price. I really enjoyed my lunch here. I’m definitely coming back here with my partner to try other dishes. Thanks to the kind lady for being very friendly and polite. :)
Tucked away in the neighbourhood and easy to miss, but this little Vietnamese was a great find. Proper homestyle cooking. Portions are generous and the prices are a great for the quality. Warm, unfussy service and a lovely lived-in feel. A real local gem.
My favourite place to eat in marrickville. All foods are delicious! My favourites are shantung chicken and soft shell crab. Will always back for more. Owner is very friendly.
