Affordable, comfortable and tasty Vietnamese food at Khoi Eatery. Our noodle salads were fresh and tasty. Generous amounts of toppings and good flavours. The chicken spring rolls were also a hit. A great local place for a delicious lunch or dinner.
Khoi is a hidden gem we’d been overlooking in Marrickville, and I’m so glad we finally gave it a try! The grilled pork rice combo is absolutely next level—bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and served in generous portions. The price matched the quality, making it feel like a steal for what you get. This has officially become our go-to spot anytime we’re craving authentic, delicious Vietnamese grilled pork. Highly recommend!
Pork chop: 6/7 Very juicy, delicately fried with a thin but crispy coat. Marinated throughout Lemongrass beef noodle: 5/7 Not quite a bun Bo hue that you’d expect, but very clean and refreshing, not so spicy. Noodles are quality Chicken spring roll: 5/7 Not the wrapper style you find in Viet, more Chinese. But filling is good. Salted coffee: 4/7 A bit too salty for me, but others really liked it.
We had broken rice plates and some appetizers. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. Friendly owner, food came out fast too. One of us was vegan too and they had many options, all delicious. 10/10 would come back.
The staff and manager are very welcoming, and the restaurant is always clean. It’s my uncle’s favorite restaurant in Marrickville, and we come here regularly for pho and the pork chop broken rice. Their bun bo hue is also very tasty and definitely worth trying.
