Not authentic. Vietnamese food supposing is flavourful but it is not at all .Ganish dish is offering yellow lemon instead of lime. Only meat quality of the spicy beef noodles is good. Spring roll is not using rice paper too.
They ve got the best pho and soup in Sydney. I had moved to another area but I do always came back to eat here. Chicken pho is mu favourite. But I feel like the restaurant is always under staffed.
Ordered vermicelli with pork. Everything tasted sour, even the deep-fried spring rolls. It felt like they’d been reheated too many times hard and still sour. I won’t come back again. I threw away all the meat because it was disgusting. It honestly felt like eating old food.
This was my first time visiting the restaurant, but I was very impressed. The food was well-seasoned, beautifully presented, and the freshness of the ingredients was palpable. The restaurant's atmosphere was cozy, clean, and comfortable for dining. I will definitely return. 😁
To be honest , i dont know why the google review require to rate at least 1 star even this restaurat not even worth it. I was quite disappointed with my experience at Madame Lynn. I ordered the Banh Mi, but the quality was not what I expected. The bread wasn’t very fresh and the filling lacked flavour. Overall it didn’t taste like a good Vietnamese banh mi. In the whole morning and lunch , i ate only the Banh mi here and i got diarrhea the whole day, how comee???? Moreover, the customer service was also not great. The staff seemed uninterested and not very welcoming, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. It looks like the boss here didnt train the staff to fully understand what does customer service actually means in hospitality. Good service can really make a difference, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case during my visit. I hope the restaurant can improve both the food quality and the service in the future, but will not be recommended and come back
