We went to this restaurant because it was recommended as the best in Bankstown. And it was true; all the dishes were served hot and perfectly seasoned. The only slight dissatisfaction was that the restaurant is a bit small, so we had to wait and queue, but the staff were very helpful and attentive, and especially the hygiene was excellent. We will definitely return after witnessing how thoroughly everything was cleaned, from the food preparation to the dishes and utensils used for customers. Bun Cha (Grilled Pork with Vermicelli) Flavor: Good, 9/10. The dipping sauce was quite good. The grilled pork was delicious. Not the best I've ever had, but still quite good. Com Tam (Broken Rice with Pork) Flavor: Good, 9/10. The grilled pork ribs were tasty and well-balanced, but not very flavorful. Bun Rieu (Crab Vermicelli Soup): Plenty of toppings, the vermicelli had blanched vegetables and was delicious. Plus point: The staff were very helpful. Cons: The restaurant is a bit small, so the wait was a bit long and it was a little hot.

31/1/26 - 4.5 stars Vietnamese food in Bankstown never misses. I was recommended this place for their bun cha and finally managed to come down. Unfortunately, came on a very hot day. This restaurant is open to the outside and there is no air conditioning which made for a somewhat uncomfortable dining experience. I did like the decor and the open grill. Bun cha Flavour: S, 8/10. Fish sauce was quite good. Pork was grilled quite nicely. Not the best I've had but pretty good. Texture: S+, 8.5/10. As above. Solid. Value: A, 7/10. $19 isn't expensive but you can certainly get cheaper elsewhere. Bun nem ran Flavour: SS, 9/10. The prawn spring rolls are slightly sweet yet savoury. Very good. Texture: SS+, 9.5/10. Amazingly crispy. Definitely a highlight. Value: S, 8/10. $19 is slightly more worth

I find the food in this restaurant is quite delicious especially dry noodles is specialty must try , however the restaurant is a little bit small everything else is good i dining here quiet often.

Amazing food. As good as you’ll get in Vietnam. Great price for Sydney. Will definitely return soon.

Pretty good place for noodles. Soup is deep in flavour and servings are generous. Bowls are a bit less than $20. Despite the food being served at different times which was not good, the food made up for it . Worth a try
