Absolutely amazing Beef Pho. The broth was delicious. You can choose a small or large serving but the small was plenty for me. Also alot of very good quality beef with no gristle at all! Will be back.

Vietnamese food vendor operating during Thursday farmers market in Hornsby by a friendly owner. Ordered a large beef noodle soup for $16 to go early morning. Warmed up the broth at home and added other ingredients for a quick and easy lunch. Soup base was one of the better ones I have had in Sydney (but maybe there's a bit of MSG or just high in sodium from fish sauce?). The portion was small for a Large size noodle soup.

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Family owned and run Vietnamese food booth in the Northern Beaches markets on Fridays and at Palm Beach markets every other Sunday. My wife, son and I came here religiously every Friday for our beef Pho and pork spring rolls as they are delicious and good for the soul. Ming and Sally always received us with a big smile and great mood! Customer service is top! Please do yourself a favour and try this place, it truly is a hidden gem.

These guys set up at the temporary markets. Tried them at EQ on Saturday. Fresh and taste good.
