Delicious Vietnamese place in the local area. Love the vermicelli salad with the different toppings like deep fried betel beef & spring rolls. The rice paper rolls $8 for 2 rolls are classic lunch fave of mine too when i feel hungry but not keen on a big meal.
A friend took me here to try out the food. I had the beef pho and it was delicious and full of flavour. It could be a bit bigger (I ordered the large) but it hit the spot. My friend had a different dish which I can't recall, but they enjoyed it. Cool environment, I might eat in next time.
The beef pho had a nice, flavorful broth that was rich and comforting. The meat was tender and cooked perfectly, adding great texture to the dish. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no Thai basil served, which would have completed the traditional pho experience. The beef wrapped in betel leaf was also nice and tasty, adding a delicious side to the meal. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.
We arrived a bit late, so not everything on the menu was available. I ordered the crispy pork pho, but unfortunately the pork was cold and not crispy at all. The pho itself was quite tasteless, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the spring rolls were absolutely delicious, definitely the highlight of the meal!
Finally found my go-to Vietnamese spot in Sydney! ❤️ I tried the Pho, Banh Mi, and Vietnamese coffee. The broth was so flavorful I couldn't stop sipping it. The Banh Mi, crispy pork, was incredible—the bread wasn't dry at all, just perfectly soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The coffee was the cherry on top. I’ll definitely be back!
