Very disappointing experience. I ordered the beef pho, which is supposed to come with thin slices of raw beef that cook in the hot broth. However, when my pho arrived, the broth was only warm and nowhere near hot enough to cook the beef properly. I brought this to the staff’s attention and expected them to replace the bowl or provide a proper solution. Instead, they simply gave me a cup of hot broth and told me to soak the beef myself. The extra broth also had an overwhelmingly strong cinnamon flavor, which completely changed the taste of the pho. The food quality was poor, the broth temperature was unacceptable, and the way the issue was handled was very disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

Review: Bought the Rice Pork Belly Crackers Salad today (3 Dec 2025) around 1:20 PM. Unfortunately, the rice was too soggy, almost like porridge, and the salad portion was very small. I also asked them to add fresh chilies, but they didn’t. Honestly, I think the quality is really poor. Quite disappointed with this meal

I have never had Vietnamese food this bad. Honestly, it is usually quite hard to ruin Vietnamese cuisine, but this place managed to shock us. We ordered a rice with BBQ chicken and a beef pho, and both tasted incredibly bizarre and completely unauthentic. To make matters worse, we suffered from nausea and stomach discomfort later that night. It seems this restaurant not only cooks poorly but also uses questionable, un-fresh ingredients. The only saving grace was the customer service, which was excellent. The male staff member wearing glasses was especially polite, patient, and very attentive. 5 stars for the service, but a negative score for the food.

Using yesterday’s produce. Just ordered 3 Banh mis (baggette rollls) at 12:30om the chicken was dry and carrots were off. In this heat, fresh produce is so important. Very disappointing. I had to throw them all out. Packaging is also not sustainable. Food is overpriced

I am very disappointed at the service girl at Bondi junction store. I had a bowl of pho soup noodles, I asked for sauces, the first time, the girl was reluctant to give to me already, she gave me one each, then I went back to asked two more. She refused to give them to me and said each person only get one set of sauces??????? I told her that I’m having the food here, it’s not like I’m taking the sauces away with me. But still nope, wouldn’t give me more sauces????
