The staff member named franchesca is the best person!! She’s the sweetest and kindest. The food is amazing as always!! And I love how approachable the people are, I really enjoy every experience here.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Roll’d location. When my wife and I ordered, we included a Coke Zero with the meal. When our order was ready, the drink wasn’t provided. I asked about it, and only then was I told they didn’t have any—despite the fact that we had already paid for it. No apology, no offer of an alternative, and no mention of the issue until I brought it up myself. On top of that, my wife’s soup had a white hair in it, which completely ruined the meal for us. We ended up feeling frustrated and uncomfortable eating the food. Based on our visit, it’s hard to believe this place has a 4.1-star rating. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a Roll’d, and we definitely won’t be returning.

Amazing service, with great food always, have been here regularly and is well served by the young chinese guy, who make sure our order was to our liking and would bring drinks out if we forgot! He has also helpfully spent time to explain if we had any question about the food that we ordered.
