First time visiting Thang Long Restaurant for breakfast with my partner, and we really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and the portions were generous. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, so it felt comfortable and relaxing. The service was friendly too. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
A well-known and long-standing institution for Vietnamese food in Bankstown. Large menu with a bit of everything. You can be assured that each dish will be up to standard and portions are generous. The grilled pork chops were juicy and flavourful. The pho had a lovely, clean broth. Restaurant is large with plenty of seating for small and large groups alike.
Great food and good value! The dishes were fresh and flavorful especially the banh cuon and grilled pork noodles. The place is clean and comfortable, with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Service was okay, nothing fancy but friendly enough. Overall, definitely worth coming back for authentic Vietnamese food.
I stopped by the shop at lunchtime today and ordered two dishes — one bún riêu and one bún bò Huế. When I got home, I was really disappointed to find that there were no herbs, no lime, and no chilli included at all. I specifically asked for extra chilli, so I only received a small chilli container, but the essential fresh herbs and lime were completely missing. These are important for the flavour, so the dishes were not enjoyable to eat. Very disappointing experience.
Good spot for food. Good location, enough space for everyone. They could have been more generous on the noodles (Banh Hoi and pho) but otherwise solid joint. Brisket was a bit tough for the pho.
