I drive 50 minutes from the Eastern Suburbs just to eat here, and it's worth it every time. I've been here for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. I always order the hủ tiếu combination with pork and seafood (without the offal). The broth is simple and yet so flavourful. I love te savoury seafood cracker served on the side. Their cà phê sữa is also one of my favourites. If this place were closer, I'd be here all the time. Highly recommended.

Great value, family run and speaks canto and Viet. Dishes come out fast and they specialise in Hu Tieu - been going here since I was a kid, and they also do the Egg Soda - delicious!

So glad we tried this restaurant specialising in Hu Tieu! Broth tasted very flavourful and clean. Hu tieu noodle soup was well cooked, my partner really enjoyed it. The owner was also very friendly and confident in his cooking. We highly recommend trying their signature noodle soup!

After waiting 45 minutes at another restaurant (I will name drop it "Traditional Cantonese taste"), only to be told our order hadn't even been processed yet and would be another 20 minutes, we ended up getting a refund and leaving hungry. Went straight to Thanh Van Restaurant, ordered a hủ tiếu, and within 15 minutes we had our food. Fast service, great communication, and most importantly, the food was fire 🔥. Fresh, flavourful, and exactly what we needed after that experience. Thanh Van turned a frustrating lunch into a great one. Will definitely be back. 🍜👏

Beef pho was ok. The broth was flavourful with authentic Southern VN taste and fragrance. Customer service was substandard. The old gentleman (presumably the business owner) was pretty rough when liaising with customers.
