Found this lovely Vietnamese food truck at Paddy's Markets Flemington. Warm bowl of comforting Beef Pho. They were really generous with the beef slices and the clear beef broth had a deep flavour. We wished there were more coriander though. We enjoyed the Grilled Pork Banh Mi a lot. Layered with lots of crunchy vegetables, the caramelised pork was packed in between the crispy baguette. That said, we'd prefer it to have stronger punch of flavours from fish sauce.

I tried Viet food truck and loved their signature dish and the prawn and pork rice paper roll! It was reasonably priced and they served a good portion. The staff is very friendly and the service was quick. I will definitely come back and eat here again!

I ordered a Bún Thịt Nướng at their Food Truck located in Flemington Markets. I thought it was a little bit above average. The meat and fish sauce just needs a little bit more seasoning. The portion is large and a good size for the price you pay. They had plenty of seating available at the Sydney Markets branch. I may visit again if I’m craving Vietnamese food.

Spicy noodle soup just warm, few slice of meat very thin & few vegt, rice noodle cut very short, no satay sauce for dipping. Signature dish combination rice ,is nothing special, spring rolls inside is cold, food just warm again. I saw YouTuber video is different when you go their shop to eat at fairfield west.
