This place basically has everything you need. The only issue is parking, i always leave a little extra time before my appointment just in the hope that I can find a car space. Other than that, the place is pretty well rounded.
Dr Farah was discourteous and unprofessional during my recent appointment. Rather than focusing on my medical concerns, she questioned why I had booked with her instead of another doctor in the practice. I explained that I was working around my schedule and that the other doctor was not readily available, often requiring weeks’ notice. Despite this, Dr Farah focused on reviewing the other doctor’s availability and pointed out their working hours, without considering my personal circumstances. At no point did she meaningfully review my file or attempt to address the reason for my visit. I felt that my care was not prioritised, and the consultation became focused on administrative issues rather than my health. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and upset, and I left the appointment without any guidance or resolution. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a poor standard of patient care.
Extremely frustrating experience. My appointments were repeatedly rescheduled by the clinic, often at short notice. It shows a lack of respect for clients’ time and poor scheduling management. I would not recommend this clinic if you value reliability. Cannot give a star rating. This clinic keeps rescheduling appointments. I rearranged my schedule multiple times at Parramatta clinic only to have my bookings changed again and again. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
Halo Medispa sold me a 900$ package then sold business and my personal profile to new owners but refused to honour my package or refund me. Now Unreachable. Completely unethical. Basically robbed her customers and went to Fiji apparently with my money!!!!
Great services but the lack of parking lets down the place. Feel sorry for the businesses.
