Honestly had a really good experience here. Itzsan Yakiniku is a solid go-to if you’re in the mood for AYCE Japanese BBQ without the fuss. The place has a relaxed, casual vibe that makes it easy to settle in and just enjoy the food, especially with friends. The meats came out fresh and well-cut, and for an all-you-can-eat spot, the quality was better than expected. Plenty of variety too, so you can mix things up instead of grilling the same thing over and over. Cooking it yourself adds to the fun and keeps everything hot and exactly how you want it. Service was friendly, staffs were super attentive and orders were pretty quick, even when it got a bit busy. The restaurant is comfortable, clean, and focused on doing one thing well, feeding you properly. Overall, it’s great value for money and definitely left satisfied. If you’re hungry and want a laid-back BBQ night in Lidcombe, this place delivers. Would happily go back
This is my go-to place when I'm craving meat. The lunch menu is great value for money. They also have a good variety on the menu. If you sign up for the membership, you can get discounts and even a birthday voucher. Service is quick, and I like that ordering is easy and flexible.
We had such a fantastic meal at this spot in Lidcombe. Everything from the quality of the meat to the setup at the table was perfect for a fun night out. The highlight was definitely grilling everything ourselves right at the table. The small bowls of spices and sauces were a great touch, and the octopus was particularly delicious. We will definitely be back soon.
Such a great place! The food was absolutely delicious and everything came out fresh. Even though it was really busy, the staff were so friendly and attentive the whole time. You never felt forgotten. Definitely recommend and I’ll be back!
I had a very disappointing dinner here tonight ($60 per person). For this price point, the quality of the meat was subpar and definitely not worth the money. The dining rules are extremely frustrating: they restrict ordering to only the first 60 minutes, leaving the last 30 minutes for eating only. This creates a very rushed and unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, the grill is poorly designed—the heat is only concentrated in the tiny center spot, making the cooking process incredibly slow. It's impossible to cook enough food efficiently within their tight time limits. On top of that, they even charge extra for ice cream at the end. Between the low-quality meat, the tiny grill, and the stingy service, the overall experience was awful. Save your money and go somewhere else; there are plenty of better BBQ spots in Sydney.
