Went for the $78pp buffet Sat night with a booking made that morning. You order the via the tablet provided which was convenient . 90 minutes to dine with last order at 75min was a good amount of time. We ordered as soon as we got there and they were a bit slow to set up. However, once the food arrived, the pace was good. We enjoyed lots of good quality wagyu and sashimi and overall, would say this buffet is worth the visit. They also give out free drinks per google review.

Reserved seating for a large group and we were seated in a private room with no issues. There is a wide range of food and drinks here and sadly some of us didn’t come here hungry so we decided to not go for the buffet options however found that it worked out to be way more beneficial as we were able to choose menu items that were not part of the buffet options and still were all satisfied whilst saving a few hundred dollars. The service here is friendly but inconsistent. There would be times where they come in and take our empty plates but then we also have our water jugs taken only for one to return ages later. Also I think they need to recheck there table system because they kept sending in random food and drinks that we did not order. The food here was pretty nice in quality too and I’m glad we got to try a decent amount.

This place is great! The quality of the meat is amazing, truly melt in your mouth feel. The staff was also very attentive and quick with sending out the orders. We got their deluxe buffet which was on special in January so we got $20 off each. This was great value for the quality meats that we got to order. Very nice vibes inside as well. Also had a cute sign wishing me a happy birthday. Recommend this place for your yakiniku fix!

Was craving yakiniku and saw this place in Eastwood and decided to give it a try. Went there early with 4 adults and 3 children (all less than 4 years old). Got lucky with a table so definitely book ahead if you’re wanted to try. We ordered ala carte this time as we were not sure whether it was good or not. But boy oh boy.. we were blown away! The meats we ordered were superb! The kids loved it and ate so much! I did feel like it was on the pricier side.. but that’s what you have to pay for quality meats! Already thinking of when we can go back next.. but it’ll have to be for an occasion me thinks! Or, we could try their buffet menu!

Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We paid $78 per person for the AYCE sukiyaki, which is already expensive by Australian standards, but almost everything went wrong. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet service was completely chaotic. It genuinely felt like nobody knew what they were doing. It took nearly 10 minutes just to set up our stove, and when we finally started cooking, the first slice of beef immediately stuck to the pan and burnt. The meal has a 90-minute limit and ordering closes after 75 minutes. After 40 minutes, we had only received ONE plate of meat. No vegetables, no kimchi, nothing. The worst part was that food only seemed to arrive after we complained. Every time we got frustrated and went looking for staff, food suddenly appeared. If we stayed quiet, nothing happened. After finishing our second plate, we waited almost another 30 minutes. Eventually they brought us a plate of marinated pork belly that looked like BBQ meat. The funny thing is, this item wasn’t even available on the ordering iPad, so we couldn’t have ordered it even if we wanted to. The food was terrible. Everything was unbelievably salty. The sukiyaki broth was basically salt water, and we constantly had to add water just to make it edible. The chawanmushi, miso soup and side dishes were all excessively salty as well. The menu claims M9 wagyu, but the beef quality was nowhere near what was advertised. Each refill seemed worse than the previous one, with later plates being tough and difficult to chew. To make things even more ridiculous, raw eggs are NOT included and cost an extra $2 each. I’ve never seen a sukiyaki restaurant charge separately for eggs, especially not at this price point. The restaurant markets itself as a premium wagyu venue, yet the glasses were dirty, the dining room was freezing cold, and the sashimi quality was extremely poor. For $78 per person, this was unacceptable. We left frustrated, still hungry, and genuinely wondering where our money went. I would never return.
